The Challenge: The client came to us and needed help selling “something really boring but essential and expensive”. Storage systems are essential to the data security of big companies, but because you only hear about them when things go wrong, they are often forgotten about, as are the people managing them – the IT managers. We needed to create a film campaign showing the benefits of investing in a 500.000 SEK storage unit.

The Solution: Just like a football referee, the best day for an IT manager is when no one notices you, days where there is no drama. Then, we realised that no drama was IBM’s most significant benefit, so we decided to dramatize the lack of drama by showing the beauty of a boring office with absolutely none of it.
